经中国商务部和国家工商总局正式批准，我公司日邮集运服务（中国）有限公司从 2005 年 10 月 1 日起正式更名为日邮物流（中国）有限公司。

与此同时，各分公司及办事处的名称亦作相应的变更。公司英文名称 NYK Logistics (China) Co., Ltd 不作任何变动。

Our company, NYK Logistics ( China ) Co. , ltd, will change the Chinese name from the former “ 日邮集运服务（中国）有限公司 .” to the current “ 日邮物流（中国）有限公司 ” since Oct.1 st , 2005 under approval by Ministry of Commerce and State Administration for Industry and Commerce of P.R.China.

Meanwhile, all our branch companies and representative offices would change the Chinese name accordingly at the same time as “ 日邮物流（中国）有限公司 **** Branch/ Representative office”, while the English business name as NYK Logistics (China) Co., ltd. would be the original.
